CodeSpices Inc. wants to ensure that you are aware of how we collect and use the information you supply to us when using our service. In this policy, we explain what data we collect about you and how we store, analyze, and share the data through our websites (https://immiboard.com, https://codespices.com) and our web application (https://app.immiboard.com).

Introduction
CodeSpices Inc. (“we” or “us”) provides services through our websites (https://immiboard.com, https://codespices.com) and our web application (https://app.immiboard.com) (collectively, the “Sites”) to you (“you” or “user”).

• How do we protect the information we store about you

By accepting our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service in registering to use our Service, you consent to our collection, storage, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in this Policy, you will not be able to use the Service.

Information we may collect

We may request and store information used to personalize the user experience as allowed by you and your preferences, such as but not limited to:

• Registration and Profile Information: When you register to use our Services or update your profile, we may collect various kinds of information about you including, your name and email address; your title, company, and other profile information you provide demographic information, and information you upload like photos, files, and documents.
• Contact Information: We collect the email addresses you provide for contacts you enter or upload to your private contacts page. 
• Payment Information: Our payment processing vendor collects your credit card information and billing address.
• Google user data: We don't directly collect any information from you other than your login info from google. Sign in to a google account is completely optional and is only required if you want to use and sync data from google related services like google tasks.

Technical and Usage Information

In general, we use your personal information to process your requests or transactions, to provide you with information or services you request, to inform you about other information, events, promotions, products, or services we think will be of interest to you, to facilitate your use of, and our administration and operation of, the Sites and Services and to otherwise serve you. For example, we may use your personal information:

• to request feedback and to enable us to develop, customize, and improve the Sites and our publications, products, and Services;
• to conduct marketing analysis, to send you surveys or newsletters, to contact you about Services, products, activities, special events or offers from officio.ca or our partners, and for other marketing, informational, product development, and promotional purposes;
• to send you a welcoming email and to contact you about your use of the Sites and Services; to respond to your emails, submissions, comments, requests, or complaints; to perform after-sales Services; to anticipate and resolve problems with our Services; to respond to customer support inquiries, for assistance with our product and Service development; and to inform you of updates to products and Services from Uniques Software Corp. that better meet your needs;
• to store contacts you enter or upload into your contacts list for your private use and viewing;
• to enable you to communicate, collaborate, and share files with users you designate; and
• for other purposes about which we notify you.

Google user data:

How does this application access, use, store, or share Google user data? The only user data received is: name, email, profile and google tasks. These are accessed via OAuth2 login. There are stored in an encrypted database (Microsoft Azure SQL Database). These are used only: to be re-displayed to the user, to reply to messages sent by the user, call google API's on behalf of user to display and manage data for features like google tasks and identification purposes for granting access to additional content to the user within the application's scope.

Sharing of Personal Information

We will not give, sell, rent, share, or trade any of your personal information or any data that you store using our Services to any third party except as outlined in this Policy or with your consent. Unless there is an enforceable court order, we will not disclose your information to any third party.

Network and Information Security

The security of your data is of utmost importance to us. Codespices Inc. takes all reasonable steps to protect the information we collect from you to prevent loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. In addition, highly confidential personal information such as credit card numbers, passwords and not stored directly in our systems. We use Microsoft Azure AD B2C for user login's and passwords are managed by Microsoft, Payment related sensitive data is stored at our payments provider - Stripe.

Your client’s data is protected with encryption, such as Secured Socket Layer (SSL) protocol, during transmission over the Internet.

The servers on which information is stored are kept in a controlled environment with limited access. While we make reasonable efforts to guard the personal information we knowingly collect directly from you, no security system is impenetrable.

Your account information and access to our Services are accessible only through the use of an individual user email/Id and password. To protect the confidentiality of personal information, you must keep your password confidential and not disclose it to any other person. Please advise us immediately if you believe your password has been misused. In addition, always log out and close your browser when you finish your session. Please note that we will never ask you to disclose your password in an unsolicited phone call or email.

Updating and Accessing Personal Information.

If your personal information changes in any way, we invite you to correct or update your information as soon as possible. You can make updates to your profile information by logging into your account at https://app.immiboard.com at any time. You can also request changes or access to your information by emailing support@codespices.com or support@immiboard.com 

Unsubscribe/Opt-Out

CodeSpices Inc. may send you communications or data regarding our Sites and Services, including but not limited to (1) notices about your use of our Sites and Services, including any notices concerning violations of use, (2) updates, and (3) promotional information and materials regarding our products and Services. You may unsubscribe/opt out of receiving promotional emails from CodeSpices Inc. by following the unsubscribe/opt-out instructions provided in those emails. You may also unsubscribe/opt out of receiving promotional emails and other promotional communications from us at any time by emailing support@codespices.com with your specific request. Unsubscribe/opt-out requests will not apply to transactional service messages, such as security alerts and notices about your current account and services.
