Immiboard CRM software is curated for immigration businesses to overcome their technology challenges, automate workflows and increase team productivity. Immiboard is a product of CodeSpices Inc. which is incorporated in Toronto, Canada.  

Immiboard CRM is a closed app where people cannot sign up directly. Only organization owners can create their account and then invite their Team members and clients. Every user in immiboard has a specific role and access is limited based on the role.

Team members/employees can connect to third-party apps and sign in to them via OAuth2. Currently, third party providers include Microsoft (Calendar and email), Stripe (Payments), Google (Tasks).

When you sign in to services like Google and Microsoft, they will share your name, email, profile picture and service specific data like Tasks, calendars, calendar events. We will not share this data with others.

Accurately represents your app's identity: immiboard is web application which is a CRM software that allows immigration businesses to manage their clients, applications, collect data from clients regarding their immigration applications, collect payments, manage team calendars, tasks and much more features to support and increase productivity. 

What will this app do with user data? The only user data received is: name, email, profile picture and google tasks. These will be saved and re-displayed to the user. The email will be used to identify the user. Google tasks API's will be used to manage tasks directly from the immiboard app for a rich and cohesive experience.

How does this app enhance user functionality? This app has a lot of inbuilt features to support immigration workflows but there are a lot of use cases where tasks and/or reminders are needed for timely delivery and prevent failure to meet deadlines. Tasks can be created directly from the app and various trigger points such as applications approaching deadline, action on a checklist item etc.

Describe the content, context, or connection to the app: The immiboard app is a web application, which is a CRM software for immigration consultants and businesses in Canada. The intention is to provide best in class features to increase productivity and streamline their workflow and achieve exponential data driven growth.

This app doesn't request restricted scopes, but if it did, immiboard.com App's use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
